• Do you know that if you are a paid CME attendee, you get FREE grab breakfast ?
• You can still attend the CME sessions even if you do not register BUT you don't get a certificate. It is essential that we have an accurate number of how many are coming.  
• It is therefore necessary to have our attendees register early so that we can accommodate everybody. So monitor the website when the details of the event are more firm and registration is activated. In addition, we have packages for everybody, both individuals as well as couples and the USTMAAA T-shirt is so slimming.  Please check carefully your choices as you register.  Remember, if you register for a package and you want to buy another ticket or T-shirt, you will need to go back as if you will register again.

PREFERRED SEATING: We are offering preferred seating assignments for early registrants. For this to happen, we suggest that you coordinate with your classmates and friends and decide who you are sitting with and that you write the names of those in the party. The tables are set for ten (10) guests. Guests will be grouped according to Class first, then according to table preferences. The class representatives are expected to assign their classmates to the tables designated for their respective classes. We can only assign seats to registered guests. You must register and indicate your seat preferences for us to consider your request. Registrants beyond this date (June 2) or those without seating preferences will be assigned more randomly to occupy unassigned seats but continued attempts will be made to seat them as close to their classmates as possible. This is in no way a guarantee that you will definitely get your preferred seating but it is a bold attempt to get most everybody their preferences. Please help us accomplish this goal.
