Yearly, the USTMAAA gives National Awards in four categories. These are handed out during the Gala Night.

• Most Outstanding Alumnus of the Year
• Most Outstanding Alumnus for Academic Achievement
• Most Outstanding Alumnus for Service to Alma Mater
• Most Outstanding Alumnus for Community Service

In addition, each Jubilarian Class can select its Class Jubilarian of the Year, either an individual or the entire class as some have elected to do. These are handed out during the Talent Night.
